Hugo Desrosiers-Plaisance An amazing piece of Art, from the first second to the last. These guys managed to forge themselves a unique artistic identity (it goes way beyond the strictly musical level) while pushing the boundaries of black metal in a most elegant way. They fully assume their sound and artistic vision, as well as their influences - Windir can clearly be discerned, among others. The result is a very, very powerful album - energetic, dynamic, poetic, wide in range and scope and vision, evocating a haunting imagery. I am happy to have found them, and to have been able to put my hands on a hard copy of this lovingly crafted and packaged album. This is music I will remember for a long time, and a physical album I will cherish deeply.
